The worsted weight yarn or other products shipping is determined by weight and size

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders totaling over $50

What is your return policy?
We will give full refunds on products returned to us in original condition within 30 days of purchase, 60 days store credit, and 90 days n/a

Do I have to pay shipping on returned items?
Yes, but you can use a different carrier

Is there a restocking fee?
Yes, there is a 10% restocking fee for the total goods returned

Are your pictures an accurate depiction of the yarn color?
They are as close to the yarn as possible, dye lots and colors will vary

Do you have to have an account to place an order?
No, but it will save time if you plan on placing multiple orders

Do you have a warehouse?
No, the quantity shown is the total we have in stock

Do you ship on weekends?
No orders placed on the weekends will be shipped until the next business day

Do you offer quantity discount?
No, but we offer different discount yarns throughout the month
