In June 2006, after many years of knitting, Leslie North decided to open her own discount yarn shop in Norman Oklahoma. After a year of planning the business and designing the perfect atmosphere to enjoy the fiber arts, the store had its grand opening June 2, 2007. Prior to opening the yarn shop Leslie (L) partnered with her sister Amberly Frost (B) to create L & B Yarn Co. Located in the center of a well known college town. L & B Yarn Co. occupies the entire first floor of a two story brick building. Each year the bricks and mortar knitting yarn shop grew and grew thanks to our quality worsted weight yarn that helped bring in more customers from different towns in Oklahoma and surrounding states. It is now time for the yarn shop to broaden its horizons by moving quality select products online.
