Order Processing and Shipping:

Orders are processed within 48 hours of being received. Orders are only shipped UPS Monday through Saturday based on the shipping plan seleted by the customer at the time of order. Orders over $100 in the United States will recieve free shipping.

Product Availability and Backorders:

If some part of the order cannot be filled customer will be contacted through e-mail. The partial order will be shipped and the remainder shipped when it becomes available. L & B Yarn Co. cannot control the time of arrival for backorderd items. Backorders will be shipped upon arrival at the store and will be shipped at no additional charge.

Inventory availablitity is based on previous inventory counts and may fluctuate due to human error.

Pricing:

Prices may vary from in store pricing and other store pricing due to manufacturers' fluctuating prices and shipping. Clearance products will not be reordered, what is shown in inventory is all that is available at time of purchase.

Returns:

Yarn can be returned within 30 days of purchase if it is in its original condition and packaging. All sales are final on books, needles, hooks, kits, and clearance items. Yarn containing pet hair or odors cannot be returned. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns can be mailed to: L & B Yarn Co., 425 W. Gray, Norman, OK, 73069.

Sales Tax:

Unless you are a resident of Oklahoma there is no sales tax on L & B Yarn Co. online purchases. Oklahoma residents will be charged Oklahoma sales tax at current rates.
